Nasal sprays can be pump bottles or pressurized bottles. Some are bought over the counter. Others are prescribed by your healthcare provider. Talk with your provider about what type to use, why you need one, and how to use it. Follow instructions on the bottle as well.

Try not to sneeze or blow your nose right after you use the spray.

Store the bottle away from sunlight.
